"Visited here for lunch whilst doing some Xmas shopping. Disappointed with the food on this occasion compared to our previous visits to other Prezzo’s. It is clearly batch cooked, frozen and microwaved to order (not overly surprised having worked in the industry). However the spag Bol very watery and hardly any meat bolognaise. Mostly a bowl of pasta. I can cook better at home. Bearing in mind I’m paying £15 for this….Sent back. Lasagne, not too bad. Again obvious had been fast heated from frozen. I’ve had a nicer one at another prezzo was more fresh. Staff were friendly and changed our spag bol for a carbonara with apology and without fuss Service was quick. Shame to leave a low rating as we normally are very happy with this brand."
