"My wife and I have been to Elevations Chophouse at Skylaranna multiple times and have had nothing but an excellent experience each time. Food is outstanding and the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Steaks are melt in your mouth amazing and cocktails prepared by Zach are very tasty! Attached a couple pics from one of our visits. I have read a few reviews criticizing the acoustics and that it is just too loud. We felt this way too as it was a bit difficult to hear your company over the competing conversations. However, I can confirm that the owners have addressed the issue by installing a number of aesthetically pleasing acoustic absorbing panels throughout the restaurant as we dined there this past Friday (10/2/20). The panels make a huge difference in the acoustics which makes for a very pleasant dining experience. I highly encourage anyone who was displeased by the acoustics in the past to dine with Elevations again...you will notice the difference. Cheers!"

"Seriously, best food experience Ive ever had in Hendersonville. Period. I highly recommend the Blueberry Lasagna. The service was also excellent.Vegetarian options: Blueberry Lasagna was vegetarian and delicious.Parking: There's a lot right out front with plenty of spaces."

"Probably my favorite restaurant on Main Street. We went for dinner last night (Friday) around 7pm- it wasn’t slammed but there were some larger parties. The hostess seemed like she hated her job and couldn’t even fake a smile or greeting when she sat us. We were sat at a 6 top table, even though it was just two of us. I ordered a big salad with chicken, my partner ordered a pizza. The food came out at an average speed, not fast but not slow. Great food as always. Serving staff could use some practice on table side manners but overall not a bad experience and we will be back."

"Was a great visit to the service we had was on site. Disorders do not overlap and timing was impeccable. The food was also great, will definitely visit again. The vodka sauce was a bit bolder, seemed a little thin. The Kalamari was crispy and a little overcooked."

"The staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive. We had a big party and I had to try out a number of offers. They're right that their lasagna is the absolute best. Carrabbas could take lessons here. The chicken dishes were excellent. On the bottom the pizza was rather inconspicuous and average. The pizza would benefit from a better sauce that is not so difficult to find and make; they also need to use less sauce. You must be careful about cooking time tempo of each of the pizzas (outside crust pastry) were more than sung. Adding only a touch of sugar to the dough mixture would also create a better taste for the dough. The only real negative here were the breadsticks. They were so hard that some of our party couldn't bite. Bad, the breadsticks had an unpleasant, almost acidic taste. 7 of the 9 people in our party voted over the bread sticks. The price on everything was exceptionally reasonable."
