"This place is packed every time we walk past it. No wonder when the food is excellent and you can get a really good bottle of Italian white wine for less than £30. The food is exceptional value for a European visitor with the most expensive mains coming to about £10. We had a lovely beef ravioli and a tender chicken milanese. Very friendly, nice atmosphere, great experience all round."

"The first time I visited Piccolo Caffe was about 36 years ago. Came back this year and was surprised to find the same server, same great food and the same atmosphere. A little beautiful place that never disappointed me!!!"

"Entre tanta novedad y tanta propuesta de nueva cocina de calidad en Colombia, a veces se agradece encontrar un lugar como este, pequeño, de ambiente familiar, con pasta fresca y salsas italianas de verdad. Cierras los ojos y por un momento la boloñesa te traslada a sus orígenes. Sencillo, son cuatro o cinco veces en dos meses y repito sin problemas porque además he encontrado mi plato del lugar que son unos agnolotti cuatro quesos, después de haber pasado por unos penne boloñesa y alguna lasaña con esa magnífica salsa con origen en Bolonia. El tiramisú casi perfecto, suave pero con todos los sabores y acompañando una copa de vino italiano Langhe Dolcetto. Todo por apenas 17 euros con servicio e impuestos incluidos. Para repetir y repetir."

"Buenas tardes Señores PanPaYa, la presente es para presentarles una situación que se presentó hoy en la nueva sede de la Cr 19 con Calle 128, en El Barrio la Calleja. Llegamos tres personas a desayunar y se pidieron 3 combos de desayuno, los cuales se pagaron en su totalidad, para darnos cuenta a los 10 minutos que hay una promoción precisamente de combos de pague 2 lleve 3 entregando un bono el cual teníamos, cabe aclarar que esto nunca fue aclarado por la cajera en el momento del pago. El inconveniente no para ahí, cuando nos fuimos a poner la queja, salió la administradora diciendo que eso solo aplicaba para domicilio, lo cual no era cierto, incluso no aplica para domicilios y luego sacó la disculpa que aplicaba para combos de omellette, lo cual tampoco era cierto según el bono, ya que aplicaba para todos los combos de desayuno. Muy bueno el desayuno, pero el servicio al cliente pésimo, lo que se esperaba era reversar la transacción inicial y hacer cumplir el descuento que estaba dando precisamente PanPaYa. El trato de la "administradora" muy deficiente y de servicio al cliente no sabe absolutamente nada."

"My group of 7 wanted to go to another restaurant, but there was a line out. we found gato negro and the employees were very accommodating, especially because none of us speak Spanish. our female waitress was very patient and helped us find the menu. the live music was absolutely incredible! what a talented performer, with music that made the evening fun and alive. some of the girls even stood up to dance and sing and he was a good sport eating decent, the wings were a hit with everyone and my steak was perfect medium. many thanks for the great atmosphere and friendly service. we had a great time."

"This happens to be the favorited restaurant of two of my closest friends. We do try to get together for dinner often and this is THE restaurant of their choice ..which has become mine also. Used to have pasta most of the time.. but one of my friends introduced me to the Tenderloin with Mushrooms and for the last three times I have asked for the same dish. F A N T A S T I C...since we go there very often we do get SERVICE ..so for a nice evening...good food...good service...this is the place"

"Apparently the restaurant is owned by an Italian but he's not in the kitchen for sure. pasta is probably your safest bet, we dint have that but they looked good. We did have pizza which is wasn't great, the dough was more like bread dough (if you're a pizza lover you know what I'm talking about) 6.8 out of 10 for the pizza. as a starter we had salmon carpaccio which was good but then gain that's not something they make themselves. service is rather slow but you can tell the young waiter was doing his best, just they were not very organised. try the pasta you may have a better impression."

"Auf der Durchreise suchten wir ein Restaurant mit guter Qualität und vernünftigem Preis.Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Es war sehr wenig los. Der Service war spitze und das Essen wurde frisch zubereitet. Die Wartezeit hatten wir gerne akzaptiert. Vegetarische Lasagne und ein sehr guter frischer Salat hatten jns sehr geschmeckt. Weiter so! Die Preise waren mit anderen vergleichbar und nicht überhöht"
