"I'm really confused because I bought the lasagna soup tonight and it should come with a roll of bread. Other places offer you a donut or another bread product when this happens, but that is not what happened. I was not asked if I wanted to replace another article like Donut or Bisquit. When I asked for a panini roll, as there was no role, I was charged for it. Of course I didn't put it on my order, but I felt like I wanted the role that comes with it, but shouldn't be extra for something that should be included in the meal. Maybe next time I go to Restigouche Rd because it never happened to me. I'm just a little po'd. Don't all employees get the same training and can the simple decision to offer you something else for the same price if they run from a similar tax rate? It frustrated."
