"We visited this restaurant to celebrate the upcoming nuptials for our friends. We were a party of six and we were seated immediately. We placed our order then watched as orders came out for others that were seated after us. Our server apologized several times for the wait. She mentioned that there were only five burners and newer staff and the kitchen was slow. I would have understood that but another large table was seated after us and got their food which included pasta, which is what we ordered. Our food came out after an hour. The food was good, but had we known how long the wait was going to be, we would have gone elsewhere. I let the server know that we were not happy with how long it took and the fact that others that arrived after us got their food sooner. I asked that there be some compensation. She spoke with the owner who refused to do so. She said we could choose not to tip her but we did not believe that she should have to pay for that, the owner should have offered to take something off the bill. That would have helped to make us feel like valued customers. I love Italian food and the food was good, but I will never return to this restaurant."

"Went with a group of youth, party of 14 total. Service was very good to excellent. Steaks were undercooked which they corrected, but inconvenient in several cases, and the overall food presentation and quality was very solid, just not deserving of five stars in my opinion. The most elegant presentation was in the sides. The kids didn't like the garlic butter treatment on the steak items they ordered, but read the menu, right? Overall, very solid, a little pricey, but a nice dining out. No experience at this meal with the restaurant bar. One very nice thing: zero cigarette smoke or odor from the casino. B+/A"

"Great friendly service (over the phone for order and in person for pickup). The pizza itself was very tasty! We ordered a medium pepperoni with extra sauce and it was some of the best pizza I've ever had!"
