"My daughter and I had been looking for a place to eat one evening and we were irritated by the expense of the restaurants overlooking the river. We came across this place by chance on a Tuesday evening eat about 9pm we easily got a table and were quickly served a pleasant waitress. The menu seemed to be a nice selection of Italian staples but I'm very suspicious of pasta and risotto in restaurants as they are frequently very poorly cooked. I asked the waitress for a recommendation and went with her choice Spaghetti all Carbonara. My daughter had Seafood Linguini. Both arrived and had clearly been freshly prepared and cooked both were very good, my apprehension about poorly cooked pasta was unfounded here. All in all, a charismatic place (not like a chain) with good Italian food and service."

"Nice little cafe just off the canada water tube station. The inside is lovely and I could see myself going for a long brunch with friends here. This time we sat outside enjoying the unusually warm and sunny day while having coffee. The surroundings are nice and quiet so it's perfect for a quick catch up. And while service is a little bit slow (10 minutes for a cappuccino and an americano? the staff is very nice. Will definitely come back to try one of their toasted teacakes which looked (and smelled delicious."

"I am a regular at pizza express and love it, but was not in the bank restaurant, dizzying location to sit and watch how the world go by enjoying fab food! discount vouchers always available online, total £17.00 stored on a Saturday, bargain! the grande chicken caesar salad was a great part and really delicious. I can recommend the romana pizzas, they are the best!"

"As this restaurant is quite local to me and quite cheap I thought I would give the Pizza a go, due to the price i decided to go for a mozzarella pizza as I wasn't keen on getting meat in such a place like this, I saw them making a pepperoni and the pepperoni was under cooked and looked very cheap like what you would get on a frozen pizza I would not recommend this and if you are looking for good authentic local pizza please visit The Yellow House or Pizza Room (Surrey Quays) the ingredients used were of no flavour. The basil on top of the pizza was old and not fresh at all I never have sauce with my pizza but this time it was necessary due to the lack of flavour. I would never eat here again."
