"I've been there many times, this time only for a coffee. what always hits me most is how clean the place is, that is the difference between a stranger or brittle place, the foreign place has clean tables, outside the ashtrays are clean and they are never used cups or glasses on the table. now and the bride is exactly the opposite! service was a friendly and fast as always and they make an amazing coffee without all dietucks show. I have eaten there often, so I can always recommend the food, clean, tasty and good portions. if they have never been there, then make sure they asap, they have no idea what they miss."

"Booked a table at Zizzi for lunch on a Sunday. Didn't need to though as it was really quiet with plenty of availability. I was given a choice of where I wanted to sit and was swiftly offered to order a drink. The waitress we had was very attentive. My lunch was fine but unfortunately my friend's was cold. We asked for them to redo it which they did but it still wasn't great. They offered to take it off the bill but we had a 241 offer anyway. They didn't offer anything further so ended up paying the same amount as we would have done."

"I am not sure where the error lay, but we arrived a little after 11am for an 11am booking to find that ASK only opens at midday. One of the staff saw us at the door and informed us of this but, on seeing our booking on Opentable, agreed to let us in, and to have soft drinks while they fired up the pizza oven. Because we were on a tight timeline and had 2 children in tow, their flexibility and attention to getting food to us meant that we were able to even have desserts before our 8min drive to Warner Bros Studios. A big thank you to the team at ASK Watford for helping us out, and providing lovely food (and an extra lolly!"
