"What a jewel! If rated 5 stars, if allowed, but since others are not served veg food, 4 stars is allowed highest HC. Note from August 19, 2022, name changed to Port Spoon. Try the vegan cabbage piroshki and vegan rice and mushroom piroshki. Soooo good! If you can only get one, the cabbage was my fave (many cause to say In not a big cabbage fan). Come back to try the vegan borscht and the vegan combination plate. In the basement/lowest level of the building w the rotating restaurate at the top (by sign of the food dish)."
