"I visited with my husband for his Birthday meal and we had a Buy a Gift Voucher course meal with a glass of wine which we used. Service from the young girls was very good and the food was ok and what was expected....We had had a nice evening together until it came to paying the bill where I could use my voucher gift. Before you book the restaurant in order to use the voucher you have to activate it and you receive a code which the restaurant needs in order to accept the voucher. I did all this before booking and I also let the restaurant know the code in the message section when I booked. When the bill came I gave them my voucher and thought nothing of it but then the manager who was Eastern European came up to our table and said in a very rude manner you need to activate the voucher. I said that I had done this and she said where is the code then as if I was lying. She kept saying it should have been emailed to me, where is it and was embarrassing me by her rude loud tone in front of the other customers. I felt that I had done something wrong. I looked through my emails and found the code which I then gave and recited to the rude manager. The voucher was then accepted. It seemed like a big inconvenience to her and clearly she has no customer service at all. She was speaking to her staff rudely too the whole time. When we left we walked past her on our way out and she said nothing. No thank you or sorry for the interrogation. There is a way of being professional and asking nicely if there is a query. The manager of this restaurant completely ruined my husbands birthday meal as it ended badly and I doubt we will return here which is a shame as we are regular visitors. Don’t waste your time on this prezzos go visit another."

"From the food to the service, our experience at L'Atelier was incredible. The staff was so friendly and personal. We enjoyed a beautiful bottle of Champagne that the Sommelier recommended followed by a lovely Burgundy. We had the evolution menu, each course was more impressive after the other. Flavors I would not have imagined. Thank you to everyone who made our night special. We will be back very soon!"
