"I've had heard this place has good food. First time being there today, and I had a horrible experience.I worked at the festival today, anybody working there knew it was really cold, I was shivering how cold I was. I decided to go get some PR food. 3 people in front of me and 3 people in back. They were all taken care of. I waited there 50 mins, I had asked the lady how much longer is my food going to take. They said that the person that took my order didn't put the receipt up for them to make it, and he claimed he did. As that said, whether he didn't put it up, or they gave my food away, I spent 50 minutes of my time and I couldn't wait another minute. He said they would make my food, to give them a min.They didn't try to accommodate me in any way. Honestly I'm just really disappointed that I didn't have the same experience as other people. I understand accidents happen, If they had accommodated me in any way we would have probably had a different conversation. Most than likely, I will not be giving this restaurant another try after this experience."
