"I work every day in this area and pass this place every day. Finally I gave up and thought I would give bos a try for the first time. I went in and was greeted by a young lady. without asking them, they gave me recommendations that the natives like. I bought the 2 pieces and upper legs with a side of French fries, a puree and a pfeffer. they can't forget the koks all for $5.89! they had a huh that was ready to go and I was cool with it, but what surprised me was that she asked me if I wanted to wait 5 min and she would bring me fresh bun. it is service so that people come back for more. huh was hot and fresh! unique spice that she eaten every bite! Five stars!"

"I've been wanting to stop by and finally got the chance when I was in Dallas for the state fair. Gus's was everything I expected and more. Ordered the special, two breasts, and two sides. The breasts were perfect, just the right amount of spice and crisp. It was soooo juicy and savory! Mac and cheese were also delicious. The lemonade was the perfect accent to compliment the spicy chicken. We were served by AJ and she was the sweetest server I've come across in a long time. She did not hesitate to make sure our experience was one of a kind. A must stop if in the Deep Ellum area.Parking: Paid parking but Gus's validates 1 hour of free parking while dining there."
