"I really had to consider the rating tlI gave Nothing Bundt Cake because I really like their bundlets and bundtinies. However, where I have an issue is that whenever I ask for extra frosting I'm giving you a time of 20 minutes to add additional frosting to one or two or three bundlets. I find this time frame completely unreasonable. Maybe durimg extremely busy times but not during the middle of the day in the middle of the week. This is the fifth time that I have declined going to Nothing Bundt Cake due to this 20 minute limit. Additionally when I try to place an order online it actually takes 40 minutes to get the order no matter when I place the order. When I call in to see if I can get the time reduced to the 20 minutes I am consistently told the only way that they can guarantee that is if I was to place the order over the phone. This comes across to me as a lack of customer service and customer consideration and I'm pretty sure that this is not a request that's made all the time it's not even a requested I make all the time. Due to that I have decided to downgrade the rating from a 4 to a 3 and it was a toss-up between a 2 and a 3 because to me customer service is extremely important. I will forgo going someplace whose food is great but customer service is terrible because of the customer service. I hope management reads and decides to do something about this."
