"I give it a four because I've only ever ordered take out. One of these days I'll eat in and then decide on giving it 5. The food is excellent, The prices are very affordable, and the service is friendly. The interior is very clean...and the exterior is also in good condition. I've lived in Gatineau for five years and could never find a good place for Chinese until I found La Maison Szechuan."

"This is more of a lunch restaurant, beaches of the government offices around, difficult to find a table at times. Very much quieter at night, but it is excellent food and the service is great. I go there with my best friends as it is a nice atmosphere and I am never disappointed."

"I've ordered from Ying Wah three times in about a year. The food was great, prices were very reasonable and delivery was fast. I was originally frightened off by poor reviews. Maybe management took those reviews to heart and made improvements? Regardless, this has become my go-to takeout place for Chinese food and I hope more positive reviews come in to entice Aylmer residents to order."

"Have been 3 times now and was amazed all 3 times! For pho soupe lovers, the beef brought takes 10hours to simmer and is astonishingly delicious and fresh. The Pad Thai has a little 'je ne sais quoi ' flavor that kept me wondering between every bite! And the deserts... Well the 'homemade Cassava cake ' is a warm, moist and flyffy coconut flavored ball of softness and is so satisfying during a windy day! The chef will come to the table and talk about his recepies and some history about the meal. Without a doubt one of the best restaurants in the Gatineau/Ottawa region!"

"Food take out is quick and efficient. The lady that takes your order is friendly and bilingual. Their sweet&sour chicken balls and fried rice are very good as well as the egg rolls. The prices are very fair as well. Their beef and broccoli is mostly broccoli (heads up)"

"Very good americanized chinese food. We have eaten at this restaurant twice in the last month and have been extremely impressed with the food quality (and quantity served at this restaurant. This is not a place for traditional chinese fare but if you want some good old americanized chinese food (e.g., egg rolls, chicken balls, chicken fried rice, etc. you cannot go wrong; every item we've had so far were freshly made and really tasty. You can eat in (the place is pretty small thought , take out or get your orders delivered. Service is fast and friendly, the restaurant is clean and prices are more than reasonable. <br/>After many years of searching for a decent simple chinese restaurant in Gatineau, I think we finally found one!"
