"Let me start off by saying I generally like BWW and also I'm sure that a location's management and staff have a lot to do with the food quality. Haven't been in quite some time and gave the Carencro LA location a try. Mediocre at best. I won't say I didn't enjoy a date night there- drinks, trivia and company were fun and the staff were friendly. The food was another story. Started with chili cheese queso, very lackluster and such a tiny amount of dip for a mountain of chips. Almost 10 bucks and soooo not worth it. When it came to the wings, the preparation was very poor. The wings themselves were white, not fried golden brown. There was virtually no sauce on them which made the flavors undiscernable.i had to request extra sauce on the side just to get the actual flavor of the product. Would I go again? Yes but definitely try a different location next time."

"The first time, but in any case will not be the last. all the staff were super friendly and made us really welcome. our server sol was absolutely the best. She was so friendly and knowledgeable and very attentive to our needs. we ordered the fish sliders and a few different flavors of wings. the fish was perfectly cooked, and the wings were the best I had in a long time. (this comes from a wing junkie the restaurant layout is a little out of the ordinary but on a good wise. the only thing we want to see is a better description of the aromen on the order app. other than the overall experience was the best notch. excellent experience!"

"They said they didn't have our reservation and that they didn't even make reservations and that was 30 minutes after they waited for us to know when our table was ready. we arrived at 10:15 a.m., we were not eaten until 11 and we did not begin to get our food until almost midnight. last person got there eating after they tvs and most lighter in the opposite they left over / around our stands on. this was one of the worst experiences I had and I love bww. this was very painful embarrassing and annoying, especially when they book for from the city family / in-laws, who visited and they need to wait 2 hours for their food:"
