"Reservations were made for Birthday celebration. We were seated by the bar and our waitress (that did a fine job) was a bar tender, and she was doing both jobs. Portions were smaller than in the past. Quality was just not what we have been use to."

"I got the meat Stromboli, chicken pesto Alfredo, and two salads. The salad was a salad. Nothing special. Factory salad dressing. The pesto Alfredo was highly process. As if every ingredient came out of a can or bag. Very salty and no pesto. It was like eating processed chicken in lard. The Stromboli was undercooked. The cheese was not melted. The pepperoni did not pop like it should (probly because it never got heated thoroughly). The other meat texture was similar to"

"Not good at all! Not sure what was in this Mac and cheese...sweet potatoes was nasty, I don't like coconut in my yams, and the whole meal was disappointing. Was considering catering my daughter wedding, but I'm scared the food will turn out bad like today's food was. "This place isn't it for me. I used to LOVEEEE going to the one in downtown Detroit on my lunch breaks. But this location has never been good. The breaded chicken in the sesame chicken is in way too big of chunks, not bite sized whatsoever. But somehow it's always either dry and jerky-like over cooked, or it's undercooked and super gross. We decided to try ordering that dish but without meat. We asked for the usual broccoli, carrots and pineapple but please add assorted veggies INSTEAD OF the chicken. They not only charged for the full price of that dish as though we got a pound of chicken in it, but also for each added veggie. Total nickel/dime action there. For being so mediocre and not impressive, the extra charges were insulting to us. Pluses of this place is their apple salad and their vegetable fresh rolls. Both are nice. Pad Thai is pretty good, not exceptional but a solid choice. I just honestly wish this place was as good as the one in Detroit I used to frequent. I get that it's a family owned variant of the same business and they're not identical, just wish they were. And I'm writing this review so people know it's not the same."
