Would it kill you to update your effing hours?? 4 effing times I've placed an order online only to show up and i can't pick it up BECAUSE THE INSIDE IS CLOSED EVEN THOUGH YOU HAVE THE OPTION AVAILABLE TO PICK UP INSIDE. "More like a 3.5 We love Lilly's tacos, making it our usual food stop when we are in the area. The Goleta location is a little closer to the freeway; and with two rambunctious toddlers we figured it would be our best bet. I tried the steamed beef for the first time, and it was YUM. Moist, soft and not chewy at all, it was a perfect stopping snack before we continued our drive. Our kiddos even tried finishing off my portion because it was so good. The reason for the three stars was because on the way back, we figured we couldn't get enough of a good thing and decided to make another stop to chow down. Unfortunately this time my steamed beef resembled hardened pieces of meat actually almost thought it was like a pan fried carnitas. This inconsistency made me a little sad. Overall, if everything remains consistent, this place is great and a good option if you don't want to go to the one in SB."

"This was such a fantastic dinner! From fast, friendly service to delicious food and scrumptious cocktails! We enjoyed our appetizers so much I forgot to take pictures until we were digging into it! We had fried calamari, panseared scallops with tomato, basil, and pesto, and the artichoke with a lemon garlic aoli. Then we ordered the swordfish special (which was by far the BEST DISH! . We also ordered the veal marsala, the chicken picatta and the linguine and classic dish. It was very delicious food. My veal marsala was a little salty but I was able to balance it out with the side of pasta and seasonal vegetables. Since I was pregnant I also ordered virgin cocktails of the ones they had listed. And OH MY!!! They were so flavorful! Ita because they have house made syrup so any of the cocktails on the menu, they could make it non-alcoholic! The mayan margarita was the best because it was spicy, and tangy with pineapple juice and it was just everything I wanted. The passion fruit mocktail was also really fresh! Then we had dessert, which was the coconut chiffon cake with creme anglaise and the creme brulee which is the BEST creme brulee o have ever had in my life, I thing because it was warm and the sugar on top was perfectly caramelized (it must have been baked in the oven and not torched . It was a great evening with phenomenal food and drinks!!!"

"The salad I ordered was wilted and dressing had been thown in and leaked all over. There really does not seem to be any oversight over the teens working there. The staff were all goofing off as if nothing else mattered. I saw a young guy throw a glass of water onto his girlfriend at the entrance and then chase her around the outdoor seating. I am wondering if this lack of management presence explains the decrease in quality of the food I have been receiving past three visits. Not sure at this point if I will recommend or return. Sad because it is a nice concept but quality has shifted dramatically."
