"The first thing that goes wrong was that my wife was brought a grapefruit juice when she ordered a Frappe. The waiter offered to change it, but to be nice, my wife did not say to care, but she would still like the Frappe. I ordered the black burger on the menu as we were 7 minutes late to have breakfast (12:07pm). Then the food took an entire hour to arrive (probably because of an unspecified kitchen problem). Finally, when I wanted to pay at the end, the waiter tells me that the card machine does not work. There are Visa and MasterCard logos throughout the building and I had 25 Lei in my bag. Luckily my wife had enough money or we would have been in trouble. Do not consider this place cheap (125 Lei for a meal and four soft drinks) I told the waiter that he would have advised us about card payments before we ordered, and he said, “You didn’t ask.”. Really? Before ordering at the Hilton DoubleTree, should I ask where there are even Visa/MasterCard characters on the rotating doors? It looks like someone needs a lesson in customer service. The only reason I gave 2/5 and was not 1/5 because the food was good when it arrived. If that was a cheap place, I could forgive the problems, but I expect more of a place that costs so much. The grapefruit juice we did not order (but of course were for) was 18 Lei..."

"We ordered 1 mixed shaorma and 1 vegetarian shaorma. The lipie (pita bread) was old, wasn't holding the ingredients together . The shaorma wasn't tasty at all , no flavor. The guy that served us was nice and made pleasant conversation ."

"Now eat here about once a week and so far not had a bad experience. The steaks are cooked to perfection, the goulash soup is a dream and other dishes seem to be equally as good.Service is always swift and friendly something that lacks in many other establishments.All in all a good all round package that is well worth a try."

"This is one of the best and stylish places to eat in Oradea... Located right in the city centre in a historical building you shouldn 't miss it! Their daily menus are top class (the best in town! with great variety. For 20 lei (4.5 euro ...you get to choose between their daily specials (3 types and a free drink. Nonetheless, the a la carte menu offers a great combination of both worldwide and Romanian cuisine. The restaurant is large (two levels and it 's suitable both for business or casual meetings for a couple of drinks/coffee. Free Wi-Fi. Highly recommended!"
