"Worse customer service. Simply ordered two famous bowls and they couldn't get that right . Drink order was wrong and took between 10 to 15 minutes to get a refund and then our order right. I get that you make mistakes but this was such a simple order and took them ten minutes or more to refund me two dollars?"

"Ordered one of the fresh strawberry pies. The grumpy lady that made our pie came out the kitchen with our pie an told the gentleman helping us here 's your cold pie as she already in a rude mood she procedes to smash the lid down on the box an crushing the toppings into the pie pan. Complaining about how the lid was too hard to close. The young man helping us grabbed the pie an took it to otherside of the wall to close the lid an put it in a bag. He as well continue to crush the lid down till it stayed down long enough to get it in the bag. Instead of taking the time to fix the half crush pie they simply smashed the box an passed it off. So we ended up with a smashed pie an horrible service. We didn 't know the pie was smashed until we got home an pulled the staples out the bag to find it."

"My family really enjoyed our dinner here. I liked that they had a good amount of options for kids, that is one of my biggest pet peeves so it was very nice to see items aside from fries and chicken nuggets on the menu. My husband and I both got a burger and enjoyed them very much."

"I ordered the trio and my partner ordered the Pollo rosa Maria. Service was incredibly slow. The trio was cold and burnt. The Pollo Rosa Maria was cold and the chicken was overcooked and dry. We spoke to the wattress, she offered to remake it or take it off our bill. We requested that it get remade. Second trio arrived, also burnt. Second Pollo Rosa Maria arrived, also dry and overcooked. We spoke to the waitress. Her response this is just how we cook it. Our meals weren't edible. We tried to eat a few bites but burnt/overcooked food is terrible. We requested the bill. She brought the bill... Didn't charge us for the trio but charged us for 2 Pollo Rosa Maria's. We never ordered 2, we only ordered 1 and the 1 wasn't edible. We asked why. The waitresses response well you can't get a free meal. We don't expect a free meal but you shouldn't charge a person for 2 of the same meal when the kitchen screwed up, and we only ordered 1. We requested to speak to a manager. The waitress returned. She said your meal is comped. You're free to go, and then walked away. There was no apology. No manager. The waitress was bothered and irritated by our complaints. Terrible service. We were there for 1.5 hours and all we got was awful burnt food. We will not return."
