"Best sancocho ever. As soon as I read sancocho in the night menu, I thought most would be a general menu. The waitress then tells me neè is been cooking all day. Wow, what can I say. All dressed to partying and eating sancocho.Dancing good. A little too loud the music for my taste but danced the night away."

"Unfortunately, this place has gone downhill since they fully renovated and expanded. I used to come here years ago before all the crowd was attracted to the aesthetic and the vibe. They used to be a simple hookah bar with some great options for food andcasual drinks. With the renovations and post pandemic, I don't feel the staff can handle all the tables. There were even tablesempty near me, but still no staff available to address needs. The hookah was not good and overpacked since the moment it cameout and it took over an hour and a half of total waiting time to come get it fixed. Eventually, it was extremely off putting.There was a manager present that was smoking hookah with another party without checking on tables or even looking if anyoneneeded assistance. It seems like they are distracted and not prioritizing the satisfaction of their patrons. The experienceshave not been good on multiple occasions. The menu used to have visuals and a book of great options years ago. Now, it is asimple laminated mat with plain writing. Unfortunately, that may be minimalist design, but it's also confusing for those who areunfamiliar with what they offer. After years of coming year and at one time boasting about how great this place was, I will nolonger return with my friends. There are plenty of other hookah bars around and they would have to make serious improvements tomore than just the decorations in order to get back to what they used to be."

"Love coming to this place when I'm in the area. Pizza is great, once you work out a combo you like. Some ingredients are cut really clunky and just don't taste good on the pizza, like the chicken. And some things are cut really nicely and blend nice with everything else, like the bacon. They need to do a better job of announcing out of stock items though. I once stood on line for almost 10mins, just to discover they had no ricotta (the whole point of me coming to Blaze, the customized toppings). With all that being said, the high rise with extra sauce, well done, is something special. And the blood orange lemonade is worth the trip alone. Keep your receipt, the code for the bathroom is on it! Lol I would recommend this place to anyone, it's great. I've only been to the location in Fresh Meadows though, for the record."
