"We often stop here for last minute take away. The food is always fresh and tasty. The staff are lovely and always happy to see the kids. Overall a good cheap Indian for that night when you really don't want to cook!"

"We have eaten here at queens park pizza randwick many times before and usually it has been fine so not sure what is happening but ordered takeaway which we picked up. When i got home i realised they had not not given me one order...of food i had ordered and paid for. So i rang and spoke to Caroline. She was busy, fair enough, but i felt from the start of the conversation that she really wasn 't listening and when i explained what happened she seemed defensive.The lady who had originally served me i was told went home at 6pm however i only picked up food at 6.15pm and she was still there so i queried that and she just kept saying she left at 6. I said well she couldn 't have as she was still there when we picked up food. She continued to insist that she left at 6. It didn 't matter however i thought the original lady would know where the docket was as they were having trouble finding it. I asked if the other item could be delivered as we are just out of delivery catchment area and she said yes however she was not being truthful about a few things and when i said maybe we could get a desert for free for the inconvenience she said oh i would have to check with the manager and she was quite rude. She then said that she was the manager when i asked to speak to the manager!!! So she lied !!! So i said I just wanted a refund instead of the food as i didn 't like her attitude. She then turned it on me as she got caught in a lie and said well if you would have spoken nicely to me i would have given you refund And then she hung up . When i tried to ring back to say don 't worry about sending the other item i will just come in and return item i already had she made a loud noise in my ear. I went back to the store which is not so close to my home and asked for refund . she gave it to me but was very rude and condescending. I think the only reason she gave me a refund is because there were patrons eating in the restaurant and she didn 't want to look bad in front of them. Really bad customer service from a manager. Very rude and i will not be eating there again!! She just didn 't care."
