"The setting was pleasant. Food quality was very good. Prices were reasonable. Service however, was inconsistent. I found the morning/afternoon staff to be very attentive. They were quick to get me a menu, ask if I would like coffee, take my order, and even refill my coffee. The evening dining experience was different. It took a while to be given a menu and when it came to ordering another item (lE: a glass of wine), I had to really try hard to get the attention of a server. As a businessman, I found this interesting since customers are likely to spend much more for evening meals; additional servings of wine would also yield good profits. Of the two restaurants at the hotel, food quality (and variety) is better at this one. There is great potential here, if only service standards were more uniform and like those of the morning staff."

"As the review before me said, it has the hard to find vegan articles! I have vegan butter bread, ice cream, chocolates, cakes, cheese etc. They respond quickly to FB and have never failed to answer questions and ask me."

"Fast casual cafe with a great little setting. The bun noodle bowls were tasty with two vegan topping options eggplant mushrooms and a vegan nuoc cham sauce. Portions were large and they have Vichy Catalan sparkling water. Yum!"

"I would rate them as 5 stars but as they are non vegan/vegetarian only, it is only possible to give 4 stars. New owner, but still making their own vegan cashew cheese. Great neapolitanian pizza and fast service, would definetely come back! Not cheap (around 6000-7000 for the pizzas) but you get what you pay for."

"They didn't have chicken pasteles, so we ordered the ham and cheese, they only have 1 tiny slice of ham and 1 slice of cheese it was nothing but bread, if they put triple the amount of meat it would be good, we ordered another breakfast dish that comes loaded with bacon, after they make it they told us there was no bacon after we were served, then we asked for chopped fried ham instead, she brought a small plate for both, it was such a small portion, I asked where's my wife's ham? She said that's for you both and walked away, I called her back and told the lady to bring me the menu so I can show her the picture of what I ordered because it looked nothing like the menu, I also pointed out that it was covered in chopped bacon, she then went to get me more ham, which I did not touch because she had an attitude about it and I just didn't trust eating it.... The food we got was ok, too expensive for the quality. I will never go back."

"Fun place and very good food. I sat upstairs at the bar and enjoyed the wrestling and soccer matches on each TV. Not a lot of English speakers. My Spanish squeezed by okay. I recommend the pollo salsa dish!"

"First place we landed on when we arrived in San Jose and man did we luck out!! The food was super tasty!!! (And I’ll admit, we cook a lot at home and are hard to please when we go out). The staff was incredibly nice and the place is cute! Don’t hesitate! Go there! Big favorite was the ginger chicken. And try the oven roasted potatoes!"
