"The cashier didn't know what kind of cheese was used in the grilled cheese, the chowder was gluten free, but served lukewarm. The main grill cook took a break sp my husband was almost finished with his lunch when I got my sandwich."

"We stop here every year on our way to the coast. Our kids love it, almost as much as their parents. The venue is great and keeps getting better, and the food never disappoints. Mega bonus for us: the bathrooms are kept nice and clean. My one gripe is the plates and utensils: so cheap it actually affects the eating experience."

"This hotel has always been a beautiful place to stay, this evening we had dinner in the restaurant, too tired to go to the coast for seafood, so we ordered the best rib, not only was the food amazing, but we had this gala that served us under the name Kimberly it has a heart of gold that I tell you. We had so much food, and wine we brought back to the room, even offered to help this young man. I wish more people had a heart like they... Come to think about the entire staff was charming, and friendly, my friend had left her phone charger in the room after we checked, and a phone call, and Terry at the reception took care of when we came back later after visiting the Tillamook cheese factory, we went back to the hotel as Terry went home, and she ran back to get the charger. I am sure I love this place!!!"

"Went on a Wednesday and didn't have the crazy lines as many have mentioned. The space looks very modern and is huge. They have an area for the self guided tour (with a peak into the working factory and free wrapped cheese samples), a gift shop with all kinds of dairy products and goods that are also not cheese related, and the restaurant/ice cream shop. We got the pepperoni pizza to eat and then ice cream after. The pizza was decent. It was Detroit style with the rectangular slices. I was expecting fluffier dough for the Detroit style but it was a little too dense for me. Now... the ice cream was delicious! Also a really good price. I got two huge scoops of ice cream with the waffle sugar cone for $7. They had a creamery exclusively vanilla and hazelnut swirl which I tried and it was delicious. They have probably 20 or so different flavors. Note that they don't do samples before you order."
