"My wife and I had the best afternoon and we hope to return again soon. This is a small cooking and wine school in Kaiserslautern. It opened in 2013. The head chef and co-owner is a Korean chef and chemist who owned a sushi restaurant in ktown. He is in his mid 70's and has a good knowledge of Asian foods, sanitation and fermentation. We attended a luncheon featuring Vegetarian cooking. We made 2 different peanut dipping sauces that can be used with salads and spring rolls. There were a total of 8 participants in the class. We all cut up tofu, potatoes, beans and seitan. We mixed the peanut sauces and he showed us how to make lentil soup with indonesian spices and vegatable ghee. It was great experience and lasted for 3 hours. The cost for lunch was 25 euros pp. Dinner is 50 euros pp. Hope you found this review helpful."
