"The fries are great! The burgers are good, but not anything to put on a crave list. They forgot the bacon on my bacon cheeseburger, so I had to go back in and ask for it. No real complaints though..I'd eat there again sometime.. but we're in no big rush to go back."

"Gayle and I arrived at IND in the early evening after a day long journey from Reno (via Seattle) on Alaska Air. After picking up our Budget rental car, we headed down for Bloomington, which took us about an hour. We were then hungry for dinner, and there wasn't much past chain restaurants near our Hotel. So as a sort of stab in the dark, we picked O'Charley's. With that name, I was expecting some version of the old Bennigan's, but in reality O'Charley's felt more like a Denny's with a nice separate bar area attached. In any event, there was a nice family restaurant vibe and comfortable seating. Our dinner was a 3 star experience for my and closer to 4 for Gayle. The chicken in my quesadilla was a bit rubbery and although I cleaned my plate, it was just OK. Gayle's Black-N-Blue salad was considerably better. We were also here for some adult beverages of which my local craft beer and her Bombay Sapphire Martini suited her just fine. I'll bump the review up to 4 with the tie breaker being the friendly, responsive, and enjoyable service that our waiter provided."

"Very typical in todays market place. I blame the Owners, District Managers, Store Managers of this store. The young people seem to have very little training. They seem to have very little passion. One kind young man working the front. He is makingmilkshakes and taking orders. He needs help! The dry rub wings were hot and delicious. Milkshake delicious. The peachhamburger was cold and quite terrible. On the wall is a photo of John Wayne, another picture of magic mushrooms, and a signsaying French Kissing. The music was slow and dreary it made you feel depressed. Trust me your staff is already depressed. Give them some upbeat music with a positive message. Junk goes in Junk comes out well just like your food. Young people willwork hard and have an amazing experience if you would actually care. Spend more time with your people."

"Prepare to wait in a looong line, especially if the temperature outside over 65 degrees. However, they can use this time to decide which taste of ice cream they get the many, many homemade options. While I don't think I'd decide again for Blackberry-Cobbler, I would have better luck with a simpler taste."
