While beef and chicken are high quality, the real standout is the fish including a catch of the day that is expensive but worth the money; it 's always perfectly prepared. The carte always includes a few innovative touches (baby bib lettuce done as Thai salad with peanuts, shaved carrots and a sweet dressing; monkfish on 4 different layers of vegetables . The coquilles saint Jacques are always superb: Order them in any style during the winter/spring seasons. Ask the servers for wine recommendations and be specific about what you like.
