What are the top rated restaurants in Camden where I can eat Lettuce?

"Torrid food experience. I paid a £10 deposit to secure a table beforehand but when I arrived 40 minutes early no one could find my booking or table for 20 minutes. When eventually the table and booking was found we were told that they had run out of Sunday Dinners (the only thing on the menu). They claimed they had tried to ring me to reserve some food (they hadn’t) and then they said they had emailed me as well. When I check, they had emailed me about the food situation, while I was at the bar waiting for my table. Eventually they cobbled together some scraps of a dinner with what they had left, there was no vegetarian options left so they said they could do something with cauliflower cheese. The food was cold when it arrived and when we were charged for it they didn’t take off the £10 deposit I had already paid and also had the cheek to charge us full price for both meals plus extra for the cauliflower cheese! After we’d finished we enquired about dessert as we were still hungry from what was essentially a plate of vegetables for £18, and we were told the kitchen was not shut. Then to top it off they ran out of the beer we were drinking. Shocking experience overall really."

"Popped in here as close to my hotel and wanted a fairly quick and reasonably priced Chinese meal. It ticked all the boxes really well. Good food and staff were polite and efficient too."

"Booked a table here as we wanted to try Korean BBQ. I was a little apprehensive after booking as I read a load of reviews slating the plus others raving so didnt know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised and didnt leave disappointed at all! We did the Set 1 menu, plenty for 2 people. The Korean dumplings were delicious and we enjoyed our noodles. Staff were super helpful setting up the BBQ and giving us hints and tips to cook it all effectively. The meats were lovely too, our only feedback would be some more flavourings to some of them. The table was a bit sticky, but not dreadfully so, definitely been worse and tables that are used in this way surely are always going to be a little bit so? All in all, a lovely meal. Really enjoyed. Already recommended to friends to try! :"

"The chicken was as good as the bone fall and full of taste!! My only regret was that I didn't get half a chicken. You make the right amount of crabs with sweet potatoes. Brownie was so good and not overly chocolate, which was surprising. The apple cake didn't even get a picture of it. And the atmosphere was so beautiful and the waitress was beautiful! I can't remember her name, but she's from the Dominican Republic. Total great experience!"
