"DO NOT EAT HERE I have never left a negative review in my life and I do realize that this is not a Michelin starred restaurant, but dear me, I also think that you can expect some sort of standard when you go out to...eat (especially at such a highly respected franchise). Unfortunately, the standard at this restaurant was very poor. While reading the menu i was rudely asked by the cashier if i'm ready to order several times, by this time i was ready to find another restaurant. I asked for the manager and he said he was the owner of the store. i told him thats no way to treat his customers and he said whatever i decided to order what my son wanted (chicken wrap) and left, once we returned home we saw that the wrap was made very poorly considering the price. The wrap itself was soggy and tasted absolutely appalling, i called and asked for the manager, once again i was speaking to the owner and i request a refund next time i go past. He rudely declined and hung up. I have contacted Nandos head office and they are investigating this issue. It was NOT a nice experience"

"Relaxed friendly service, family friendly service and a part of the action in the water. great to have a beer, happy with their children and enjoy the view of the water, a few steps away from the most important hectic. the food was well balanced, not too salty, generous portions and beautifully presented. will be back!"

"The chilli scrambled eggs were amazing. The amount of chilli, the texture of the eggs, and the salmon were fabulous. And the brioche bun was so buttery! And the best part was that I didn't even need to season it because the taste was so well balanced. The picture doesn't do it justice."

"I ordered a Chicken Parma which the chicken was dry and over cooked a bit. My boys spag bog lacked meat sauce. The other boys fish and chips - the fish was ok. My wife's Caesar salad was average..to much lettuce and not enough dressing. Also I received my Parma about 10mins before the other 3 meals came out. Wouldn't go there again as they'll be better eateries in Southland."

"Great in the suburban area! The owner is a very accommodating and humorous gentleman! The food quality also excellent, especially the BBQ pork and Mongolian lamb! Great vide and outstanding service for Chinese restaurant! Highly recommended!!!"
