"For the first time from here, I was shocked and disgusted. Chicken Teriyaki Bowl was good, but that was miso soup had no tofu and sushi rolls were not good, but that's not the worst part! my caterpillar roll had a HAIR in it that ended in my mouth and ruined my meal completely when I disgusted. Please check your food before you consume. Overall was not a good experience and will not eat again from here."

"Great sandwiches and staff. Plus, this is our Second time around catering with firehouse subs to feed Marines of Camp Pendleton.First time, They came through amazingly after another subway shop failed to make the subs we ordered the day prior. When the fire house subs local ownership and team heard about the mishap, they jumped in and decided to make enough subs for the Marines and volunteers of Lake Forest Military Support Committee for meals on the go. Such a great community member/business stepping up to serve!"

"I order here very frequently. I like their food. The service needs a lot of improvement. I order a sandwich with no lettuce, a salad with extra dressing and also ask for utensils. This was a pickup order. They did not take out the lettuce, no utensils andno extra dressing for the salad. This is happening over and over."

"I go here all the time. I stumbled upon the low yelp reviews and I got to defend them. I get great service here. Sure every now and then there's a new person learning the ropes. But my regular servers past 7 years always give excellent service. One even makes my sandwich before I tell her my order. I love the breakfast sandwiches and frequently arrive after breakfast hours and they make it anyhow. Relative to other subways there really is no difference. If you like subway you will like this one. I hang out there eating my breakfast for like 30 minutes every weekend for the past 7 years. I only heard one person complain about the lettuce. I looked after customer left and didn't not see anything unusual. Worker was a new hire who did not know how to react to customer reprimanding him. Customer told this 19 year old to throw out all the lettuce. He didn't want to get fired and just said he couldn't."

"Not only the food is bad here, but the staff is terrible, and the manager is completely unprofessional. My co-worker and I ordered the lunch from here and delivered it over door bag. Thank God. I ordered vegetarians because my staff got meat and she was bloody and not cooked. She tried to pull the meat off and got blood on her hands. We wanted to let the staff know and say that the meat looks good. We told them their bloody, and they said that's how it should be. When we wanted to talk to the manager, the employees were hanging on us. We called back and asked to get only the manager name, and the staff was back on us. Trying to call companies, but his only one recording and a voicemail. Can't talk to a real person interested. So I had to wait until I was out of work and went there personally and talk to the manager face to face. When I confronted him about his staff who was repeatedly suspended on us, he said well that we were busy. When I told him I'm working in customer service management myself, and that's not acceptable that he actually laughed on my face. Staff and managers do not care about their customers in the smallest and do not care if they serve you bloody meat to make you sick. I would never go back here, not just because of the bad food and the rude staff, but because of the terrible careless manager."

"Always on down to try all the fast casual Mediterranean spots. Been passing by this one and finally got around to trying it. Browsed on Yelp beforehand but I guess all the menu posted were outdated. So I went in there prepared to order something totally different. I didn't see any build your own. So per their rec, I got the Mediterrean Fuel Bowl added Jidori chicken. The closest thing to what I would've done with a build your own. 4 wedges of pita, quinoa/rice base, their own salad lettuce, red cabbage, garbanzo beans, TONS of cherry tomatoes, corn, topped with feta), hummus, this zesty citrusy green sauce which is so tasty, I wish I asked for more. Only irk about this bowl is that you pay to add the protein $3.99 for the Jidori chicken) and I only got a few small pcs of chicken in there. Flavors were great. Tons of healthy options. Just on the pricier side. Decent sized dining room. Plenty of seating. Food was ready fast. Perfect for a quick lunch break."
