"I visited the Markdale Subway for lunch and was greeted by an employee who seemed annoyed that I was trying to purchase a sandwich. After asking for my bacon heated before toasting my sandwich as I like my bacon extra crispy, the employee argued with me because that would be too crispy... After explaining to her that I had previously worked at that same Subway she rudely told me that they now use a toaster oven to heat the bacon and still refused to toast it longer. I then gave up arguing with the employee and accepted that I would not get my sandwich the way I liked, I ended up eating rubbery bacon (which I was trying to avoid) and an uncut sandwich. Not satisfied and not returning."
