"Mismanaged the cashier looked like she was unhappy in her job, no greeting, no conversation, just going through the motions. Then when I paid, she stood there with the cash drawer open while she either texted someone or used her phone to figure out how much change to give me. Someone needs basic cashier and money management training. The other two employees looked unusually serious as well, but that is more sincere than the corporate scripts and fake cheer you get in other places. When I finally got my sandwich, it came in a bag with no napkins, but instead, three paper towels like you would get from a gas station bathroom. How can a restaurant run out of napkins??!! Sam's Club has cases if them, just a couple of miles away. The twelve dollar sandwich was pretty good, not fantastic."

"I'm in town visiting family and decided to try. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh ingredients and great flavor. The service was excellent, they were very helpful with the menu and kind. Food was ready quickly. The prices and portions sizes were fine for a good quality meal. Overall wonderful, I will come again when I'm in the area."

"Had lunch there Wednesday. Two of us, and we both had the small Cobb Salad. Excellent! The best I have ever had. My friend had this before and really liked it. Nice variety of salad items. The lettuce, as well as the contents, was very fresh! I am calling there tomorrow to order two takeout Cobb salads. I will try something new another time."

"Maybe I'm just lucky, but I've been going here for years and in my experience this location is always super fast and friendly and the food is always decent. I don't know what the deal is with all these overly negative reviews. I've had to pull up front and wait, but only when feeding groups of 8 people or more. When you order that much food a wait is expected. The only issue I've had here is with their veggies. Sometimes they are a little stingy with them. And sometimes the quality is really hit or miss. (I don't think most people are as fussy about the texture of tomatoes and lettuce or the crunch factor of onions as I am though."

"My main complaint is the menu. It’s not descriptive at all. There are many different salads but no ingredient list. I opted for a steak salad (very yummy) but I had to request romaine lettuce because the default was iceberg. I think it’s a little odd to have a steak salad made with iceberg. But glad they were able to substitute. The burger was good, and the fries were delicious. You could tell they are made separate from the fish fryer, which is always a good sign. The waitress was kind and attentive. I would come back again but I really wish they would have a more descriptive menu! It would bring more happy customers, and avoid having to ask the waitstaff a bunch of questions."
