"What a great disappointment. My wife ordered a burger with light sauce. She used napkins to wipe most of it off. I asked for a small burger with lettuce, tomatoes, catsup and onions. I got a burger that was missing a tomato and lettuce. It had one thin onion. As near as I can figure it was a joke burger that may have been left over from April Fool's Day. My wife talked with them. There were no apologies, no 25 cents off next time, no nothing. We usually take food back once we discover issues but it's usually not worth the trouble. Just take our business elsewhere. Their attitudes matter though."

"Quality control is lacking. Service is poor. Advertising states eat fresh. The bread was definitely not fresh but rather very dried out. A detail discovered upon arriving home as the drive thru was used. This is not the first time."

"The food is very average and I've eaten there half a dozen times ...why do I keep coming back ? Well to be honest you don't have much of a choice , in strathmore there is no browns, cactus club or earls ...so it's what we have...just wish the food wasn't so meh ?"
