"Getting into the drive-through line, there were 2 cars in front of us. We waited 15 minutes for the 2 cars in line, made our order, then waited another 15 minutes to get 2 sandwiches and 1 waffle fry order. They had us wait in a parking space. This is done at fast food locations so the drive-through-time doesn't show up to store management or make their average order time raise. Good food as always, the speed was on par with a sit down restaurant, well below average fast food service times."

"They were pretty busy when I got there tonight, but the bartender was extremely friendly and quick! Our drinks and my Togo order all came out very fast and everything was made correctly. This is one of our favorite spots and we will definitely keep coming back! Thanks!!"

"5 people in line with 1 person making sandwiches and the other person filling up the pop cooler. The person before me, myself, and the person after me had to repeat their orders multiple times. I ordered cookies and they were hard and gross. I waited in line about 10 minutes from the moment I walked in the door. The person filling the cooler didn't wash his hands before putting gloves on and making sandwiches. I usually don't go to this location and don't plan to return. The location I typically go to has wonderful staff who greet you when you walk in, say thank you when you leave, makes sure they heard you correctly, and over all act like they care that you are there."

"I have gone to this Panera a lot it 's close to where I work, so it 's convenient. Perhaps it 's the post Covid worker shortage, but there is a significant percentage of employees here that simply aren 't confident (trained to listen! with their jobs. The newest, greenest, SLOWEST team members seem to be assigned to the register. Ringing up an order no problem. If, however, the order includes a pastry item (apparently within the domain of the register area thing go off the rails. It literally turns in to a slow motion movie. They must leave the register and wonder (aimlessly, with confusion into the world of food . It took me 15 mins to get a cinnamon roll! And I was second in line. OMG! Or, another time, I said I was ordering to dine in with a dumbfounded, slow, and confused look, she proceeded to nope around figuring how to box up the item which she did. I reminded her that it was for dine in, she then tried to remove it from the box I gave up and told her I 'll take it as is. Jesus! If this place weren 't close by, I 'd bail. I WILL bail I just convinced myself. Thanks Yelp!"

"I absolutely love this place. I have been going there for a few years now and love taking my family there. We love the food. It’s always so fresh and delicious. Unmatched service from the owners to all the waiters and other staff. Kyle, our waiter tonight was amazing. I would highly recommend this place. One of the best places to eat in Des Moines!"

"Wow! This restaurant is the best Thai restaurant in town. We have ate here 3x now and it is amazing. Consistent, friendly service, amazing portions, convenient location, did I mention friendly service? We have ate at a lot of the other Asian restaurants in town and none can nail the experience in every facet like Eat Thai. We won’t go anywhere else, and you shouldn’t either! This place is THE. Best."

"The service was pretty good and so was the food but I’d note that it was really pricey. $9 cocktails which were your typical bottom shelf liquor and a single mixer and the food was a hefty bill just for two people.. nearly $50 in food alone. I probably wouldn’t come back but we’re glad we tried it."
