"Disappointed this time. We have eaten at this restaurant several times. And have always enjoyed a good meal and service. But not last Saturday nite. Our reservation was for 6 PM, which is when we arrived. It was extremely crowded with many parties waiting. We got seated at 6:20. Didn't get a waitress until 6:40 when another waitress noticed that we were not taken care of. She took our entire order, drinks, appetizer and entrees. The appetizer and first round of drinks came quickly. After that...downhill. At 8:15 the waitress explained that the kitchen was very backed up but our food would be out shortly. It arrived about 20 minutes later. My husband had the veal chop, which the waitress says it is why it took so long. We told the waitress that it was too late for us to consume both entrees at that point; she offered us a take out box. Second round of drinks didn't come until after the food and the take out box. And the veal chop which is the most expensive item on the menu was extremely fatty. We were very disappointed and we certainly understand a restaurant being very busy but it was handled very poorly. We ordered dessert and a cup of coffee. They could have offered to give us on the house. Would have gone a long way."
