"First experience at Villa Peru and we were not disappointed. Started with two of their signature cocktails and both were home runs. Calamari and potato stiffed with picadillo as appetizers were very good and main dishes of paella, lamb shank the steak and a vegetarian dish were hits with the entire family. No room for desert but a lovely evening. Service was excellent and attentive thoroughly explaining the dishes. Next time we will try their signature ceviches!"

"I tried to call days to make reservations nobody answered the landline. Shown on my anniversary night in the hope that I will. Manager was so friendly that it was possible for my wife and I dinner and even gave us a free starter dish for the inconvenience. First-class customer service, our server was amazing, food was great. Very recommended"

"Food is usually excellent although this time I ordered the Veal Marsala and the veal was so overdone that it had cooked down to a few flakes under the mushrooms. Definitely disappointed. Waiters are very hard to find....almost always, so if something isn’t right you have to wait 15 minutes or so, or more. Actually everything we go we wonder how they can have such a cute place with typically great food with such consistently unprofessional wait service. It amazes me. They can’t even keep track if they have music in or off. Oh, I must say the bus staff is consistently great so hats off there. All that said, this is a great place for those who want a smaller, quieter place with great food if you can tolerate poor service."
