"This is a subpar meal. I ordered a two piece meat combo brisket and ribs with spicy barbecue sauce. My two sides being macaroni cheese and yams.Starting with the sides the macaroni and cheese was bland, no flavor running and had a off clear color to it. The yams were unseasoned basic mushy and also no flavor.I figured since the sides were bad maybe they focus more attention on the meat however I again was met with disappointment.For starters the brisket was extremely firm and chewy, resembles processed dog food. The barbecue sauce had absolutely no spice. Granted I am not a big spicy eater however I figured I would give more of what this place had to offer. Trash the sauce is was and will always be if they don't change it.As far as the ribs they were also hard and chewy. The ribs were definitely not cooked the same day I ordered them. I could not finish the entire meal. To make matters worse I found plastic bits in the ribs as shown in the picture.The food was literally hot trash. I would not even take this meal home to a dog to eat.This company does not live up to the brown sugar barbecue name, the name sounds like authentic genuine food BBQ food but it's cafeteria barbecue at best.The customer service is decent I found the clerk at the register to be accommodating and friendly.This is a one star review however the customer service gives it the additional star."
