"Food good, service was just ok. Didn’t get the warm welcome from our server, and it was not crowded at all while we were there so expectation is they would be a little more outgoing when it’s slow. Food was delicious."

"The service and ambiance were excellent. My wife 's squash bisque was very good, and she enjoyed her salmon as well. My filet mignon was cooked right, and the meat was very good; however, the tomato based topping and whatever sauce was underneath were very meh. I would much rather have had the steak without those additions, which made my meal only so so. Although my wife really liked her salmon, the bites I tried seemed very earthy , which is not my fave. I would say the same for my pepper appetizer very earthy (these peppers were part of her salmon dish, too possibly the reason for similar tastes). It was okay, but I wouldn 't get the peppers again. We sat in the lower ceiling portion of the restaurant. It was nice, but you can 't help wishing you were in the cathedral area the whole time you are sitting in the nice but normal section. It feels like you got stuck in the overflow and missed out on one of the major appeals of the restaurant. There is an extensive wine list, but we 're not big wine drinkers. After dinner my wife said she heard other people order draft beer, but all that seemed to be on the menu were bottles and cans. Still, there were at least 10 12 beer options. My wife enjoyed her cocktail if only I could remember the name of it... I would definitely go back and hopefully snag a seat in the cathedral section. I will be trying something different on the menu though with the exception of the squash bisque, which is a great cool weather appetizer."
