"After having made reservations the day before, it took 2 hours, 5 waitstaff to sort out our food. We had to ask for water twice, our 1st waitress walked completely around the restaurant to avoid our table and any eye contact. The rest of the staff just looked and walked by. One waiter began clearing our table off and asked if we wanted dessert. We had not even received our entrees yet. The “award winning” steaks were tough and dry, with the one tasty thing being the truffle fries. 5 stars to our young family members who ate their food (requested early) and sat for the remaining hours while we waited for ours. And Yes, there were other parties that were seated way after us who had finished and left while we were still waiting…"
