"Place Pigalle is one of my favorite French restaurants. We went there for an early New Year's Eve dinner with family. The food was as good as usual, the service was great, the ambience was cozy, and the view of lights of Seattle Eye and ferries with the Puget sound in the dark as the background was still wonderful. Everyone enjoyed the dinner and the evening immensely."

"Nobody showed-up for over 10 minutes at the reception desk and we had to get a waitress attention to get seated (not easy). After 20 minutes without a waiter showing up to get our order we just left and nobody seemed to notice or care."

"This place was amazing, and I can?t wait to go back! Our waiter Joey was very attentive and very kind! He even asked the accordion player come over and play for us when I commented on the good memories it was bringing back. The food was really good,and I would like to try more. A great experience for both myself and my 16-year-old daughter who said the restaurant would be atop choice for one of her birthday meals. Thank you!"

"We went to this restaurant for a family birthday.We ordered the duck, when it arrived, as I was eating, I noticed that both ends of the plate were heavily chipped, so we called the manager to speak with us.We explained that this is unprofessional and dangerous, there could be pieces of the plate in the food!He looked at us like we were crazy and proceeded to say, “ it happens, but there is no pieces in the food, we check every plate “, then walked off like that was an acceptable answer.Terrible customer service."

"It was a cool place to try. The food was not that great tho. I got the white fish and the person I was with got the duck. Both had way too much sauce. The fish plate was sloppy and the veggies were over cooked. If I was at a diner, I would have thought it was good. However, paying a high price for food means that more care needs to go into the plate, and that just didn’t happen. Great atmosphere, great wine list, great service."

"Was there for Valentines Day. Had a 7PM reservation. We were seated promptly. Our waiter was a bit behind the 8 ball the entire evening. Other waiters and waitress seem to handle the flow a lot better than ours so that wasn’t a hugh issue in considering the place. They had a Valentine’s Day Buffet special going so we opted to try that as opposed to dining in the main dining area which would have given access to a full menu... The food was so-so and no dessert was offered. They did have live entertainment which was a highlight. Next time I think we will just stick to the main dining room."
