"We have been ordering from Joeys for years, and the food was always great. Tonight was a disappointment. I ordered by phone and was told the food would be ready at 5:45. After arriving to pick up my order, I waited for an hour. I wasn’t the only person waiting for over an hour for their food. I ordered the Cajun combo. My fish and shrimp had no seasoning on it. It tasted fishy and bland. The garlic bread was soggy and not toasted. My boyfriends food was ok. I did notice new staff in the kitchen. We received a coupon for a free meal. Just hope the food is better “IF” we order from here again."

"2 times I had to send back cutlery it Had food stuck to the butter knife. Hard crusty chunks. The server was great and he was so embarrassed apologetic. The Manager came over and gave me a small bill discount. This was a but disappointing I have had issues in the past with food being undercooked and a cracked drinking glass and the previous Manager completely removed the charge for my whole meal as a good will gesture. Oddly this Manager did not see the necessity in that after being given dirty cutlery not once but twice. Then the air conditioning was on so high that my friend I were shivering, she did lower it for a few minutes but then turned it back on. We ate quick and left. It was a memorable birthday dinner fir my friend but not for the right reasons!"
