"We picked Vivace to celebrate my friends bday and a big move. The food is always amazing there. But wow, the service was pretty bad. We were very rushed, no one brought bread, we had to flag a server down to get drinks. It was not super busy in there. Maybe they were short staffed, but you know, Vivace is not an Appleby's or Olive Garden where you want to get out quick. It kind of made the experience less special, which is a shame because the food was fantastic."

"Our server was very sweet. However the restaurant only had a few people in there on a Tuesday night and our food took forever to come out. When it finally did, half our food was either wrong, or burnt and had to be sent back to be remade because it couldn't even be cut with a knife."
