"It took 30 minutes to get our drinks, and we just gave up trying to order appetizers. It was an hour and 15 minutes before our Entrees came, and we had to choose alternate Entrees since they were out of the Trout (a permanent menu item). The Manager gave us a discount and a coupon for a future visit, but I will think twice before returning here."

"Dinning at Ruth Chris Steak House is an exquisite and wonderful treat. This was our first time to visit. We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary. We were warmly greeted by several of the staff as we were shown to our booth. our server, Alysea, was outstanding. Being our first time to a Ruth Chris Steak House, Alysea took a few moments to provide us a history of the business. Afterwards, she explained to us how various food items are prepared and served. As she took our order, she explained more details on how each item would be prepared. From the salad we ordered to the main course, all food items were delicious. Our main entrees (a New York Strip Steak for me and stuffed chicken for my wife) were probably the hottest in temperature we have ever received (hot in a good way). Both were seasoned just right. The side items were also hot and tasty. Throughout our meal, Alysea would check on us periodically to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. She also made sure our beverage glasses were topped off. Overall, we had a wonderful dinner experience. Alysea's service further made our dinner event most enjoyable."
