"We have loved Ruscellos in the past. So, to see how far it's gone downhill was shocking. Our waitress appeared to be as high as a kite. We originally ordered teas and the buratta appetizer. She initially brought us the wrong drinks but got those corrected. After about 15 minutes, our appetizer arrived. The portion size of the appetizer filled the same plate it had in the past, but instead of the big ball of fresh burratta, it was mostly toast shrivled tomatoes and three skimpy pieces of store bought mozzarella. We then ordered two french dip sandwiches. We waited 30 minutes! Then the waitress came back over and asked if we were only having the burratta and were we ready for our check. We reminded her we hadn't gotten our sandwiches yet. And she says Oh! She leaves, types into the computer for a few minutes, and then goes into the kitchen. After 10 or 15 more minutes, I see her standing beside a fellow we can only assume at this point was the manager. She then pops over to our table and tells us the manager has zeroed out our bill, but we can still leave her a tip. Shocked, I asked what had happened and if she had change. She said... I can try to find some, and babbled something about why do we care why they didn't charge us. Then, my husband pulls out a ren and gives it to her. She looked at me and informed me that was what the tip should be. We had no intention of leaving that, but we decided to go because it wasn't worth any further interaction with her. The manager or our waitress never explained what happened to our sandwiches. I was beyond disappointed!"

"The only reason why this was not a total 1 review was because of Aaliyah the reception greeting. She had such a great greeting for our family and also for mom, whose birthday we celebrated this night. From there it was downhill. We started with Calamari who was too crispy and chewing to finish. We left half the plate where we usually finish the whole dish for a starter. All 4 of our steaks were not the temperature we demanded with a being on the burned side, and he asked for medium and the salmon of my daughter was not carburized, but burned. My daughter sent her back because she didn't starve like us and the second time it was raw. She didn't eat it. The pages were with the lobster cheese that had shells in it? I spoke to the manager and asked if she had a new cook or sales in the kitchen and she reacted with a yes why. Obviously they have some challenges, but if you spend so much money, you should expect a decent meal. Jonah was nice enough to take off the Macn cheese and the glass of beer and the woman for a total of $44 from $600 bill. My mother, whose birthday we celebrated, didn't even get a piece of cake or recognition from the manager or Jonah. The last reason for my low rating was when I was about the itemized bill when we came home, I realized that Jonah my wife and daughter came to items she thought came with the meal. For example, my wife ordered the crabcake meal $52. He recommended the Cajun sauce and my wife told him she didn't like spicy things, he brought it anyway $6. She recommended the crabcakes on crab fried rice $18. This meal came to $76, which was more than our steaks and almost as much as my son dry at the age of 16oz Ribeye. My daughter also rose on the crab fried rice for an additional $18 and the garlic butter $6.00 (She asked for lemon 's that they never go) to go with her raw salmon $34. Not ate. I'm sad to say that was my last visit."

"Great dining experience!. My husband and I visited opening night and had a great experience. The servers were professional and attentive. Overall the food was really good--highlights were my husband's New York strip (awesome! , and the cheesecake (best I've ever had! . Honestly, we were expecting the typical chain restaurant experience, but were pleasantly surprised by the intimate atmosphere and the unique menu choices. Definitely worth a visit!"
