"Cute spot and the staff was very kind, but unfortunately the food was not good. I think the olive oil they gave with the bread was not meant for dipping it was not edible. For appetizers, the cacio pepe was watery and the calamari was fried but drenched in sauce that made it soggy. Our two main meals were disappointing as well. Large portions, but I didn’t enjoy either of them and only ate a few bites. To top it off, we had dessert included with the restaurant week menu and my apple cobbler was basically canned apples with a scoop of ice cream. I think there were 3 crumbles on top to make it a “cobbler.” There are so many great places in Red Bank, so I hope this one steps up its game on food or we won’t be making it back."

"I was here yesterday with my husband and two family members visiting from Calif. I used to have breakfast and lunch here frequently and always thought the food, prices, service and view was great. Yesterday however, was terrible. Firstly, the menu on the Internet was not the same as the one we were given.We all had been looking at getting the lobster rolls which were no longer offered. The prices seemed to have doubled and we waited for our food for over 30 minutes. I ended up ordering the avocado and flank steak salad and the meat was all fat. I should have sent it back right away and ordered something different but I plowed through as I didn't want to hold us up as we had to get to the airport. When I mentioned all of this to the waiter, he just looked at me and said they are not the best with keeping the website up to date and then just took my plate away. Never sent a manager or chef over to talk to us and just gave us the bill. When we left and waited for a valet person to come up, we were told he stepped out and would be back in a while....wait, what? We grabbed our keys from the front desk and left. We were not the only ones experiencing this lack of communication and service. What a disappointment.....I used to love this place."
