"We Had a wonderful time at Playground 2.0, Chef Jason was very enthusiastic and passionated about cooking. He is super knowledgeable in preparating the foods. We sat in for the Ultimate Steak Tasting Dinner, we each had at least 8 rounds of steaks, and Jason would patiently explain to us what they are, and what is our expectation in texture and tasting. The steak dinner alone was spectacular, with wine pairing, it was beyond awesome! The Japanese waygu was the highlight of the night, the waygu steak smells so good, fat and meat were in perfect balance distributed evenly across the steak, it was buttery and melted in my mouth without any effort. All of my friends had a wonderful time, and had really enjoyed the night with Chef Jason and his crews, I promise we will return for 2nd round in the near future.
