"My husband and I went for an early Valentine’s Day dinner last night. I have seen the sign so many times and forget about it when I want to go out to dinner. Finally we decided to try it and I am mad at myself for not trying it sooner!!! We were greeted by Michael the bartenderManager on Duty who was incredibly pleasant and very helpful. Parking is a little funny there so he actually walked out with me to show my husband where to park. He sat is in a great area that looked a little like a gazebo with mosquito netting which I thought was very charming. Our server, Cody I believe his name was, greeted us almost immediately. He told us the favorite items on the menu, and brought our drinks back the appetizers followed very shortly after and he took our dinner order. The food was incredible! The oysters, very fresh and delicious, the wedge salad was amazing. I love that they put a little vinegar and oil to contrast the blue cheese and the bacon was so crispy! The calamari was incredible and had some wilted spinach, capers, banana peppers and had marinara on the side. My filet for dinner was perfectly cooked med rare and had a half of a lobster tail in it which was also cooked perfectly. My husband has a NY strip with an amazing blue cheese and prosciutto cream that was so good I started dipping my food in it! Do not leave without trying their chocolate desert, I forget what it was called but it had chocolate cake, chocolate mouse, molten chocolate and was smothered in a chocolate that hardened a little as it cooled off. We were so happy with the wonderful staff, the amazing food and the ambiance! The only problem that we encountered was that the owner I think and an event coordinator I think just by hearing their conversation, were incredibly loud in their whole conversation and talking about money. Which I thought was very inappropriate in the dining room during dinner service. That kind of a conversation should not be had around guests in the dining room"
