"We were so excited to visit and eagerly made our way to the city to make our reservation time. when we and 10 or so others showed up, we were hit by a closed door. Now I understand that in this difficult time some places decided to close, and I have no problem with it, it was the complete lack of communication that galling. a simple email or text message would be sufficient. they couldn't even interrupt. other places where we had reservations could communicate when they were open or not."

"I was the host for this lunch meeting with a client. It was a large group which I booked ahead of time. I was charged ahead of time which isn't a problem but for a lunch meeting the dollar amount of $80 per person is excessive. I don't mind paying for what we order but people weren't drinking and to spend $80 for a meal is too high. I feel $50 would be sufficient and still on the high side. There was over $200 that I paid that was for nothing. People took food to go and we ordered apps and meals and still didn't meet the required amount. Our server was excellent. I will not book a large group there again. Thank you."
