"I review a lot of places so believe me when I say this place is special. I have been a Wakefield resident for over a year now and I can't believe it took this long to discover this place.The bar is wonderful. Their draft selections are unique and always exciting to try. Danny is an amazing bartender and extremely pleasant. He made sure to make me feel right at home on my first visit. The entire staff is friendly and caring. You can truly just tell that this place cares about their employees and their customers. Everyone is treated with respect, dignity, and compassion.The patrons that come here are of all shapes and sizes but always friendly and great to talk to. It is a real local hub for some after work drinks with friends, coworkers, or even just by yourself.The food is immaculate. It is out of this world. I have had their chicken sandwiches and wings. I was always completely blown away by how good it was.And just to add a cherry on top, this place is super affordable. In a time when it seems that dinners cost more than rent, you can rest assured that at Laurie's you will be able to have a great time without breaking the bank and leave feeling totally satisfied.I don't know how you guys do it but thank you.
