"I was happy to recommend this restaurant to my neighbors after I’ve been there a few times. The food was excellent as well as the service. I guess it was their misfortune to book there for Mother’s Day. Three lobster tail additions to their meal at $150 and they were 6 inches long including the fan tail. Nothing else just the tail. But the part that really pisses me off is the Mandatory $91 tip. The server made the black arrow on the bill for them. No choice I understand that Covid was devastating to the hospitality industry but automatically adding more than a 20 almost 25% tip is jaw dropping. It literally cost them more than $20 each time a server came to their table. I just realized that they added the tip after the tax as well. They don’t have to make it back and more all in one weekend. By the way the $58 seafood in sauce didn’t even come with pasta or bread. I’m embarrassed and shocked that I encouraged him to book this for his wife and son. This restaurant is really taking advantage of a day when you celebrate the mother in your life. Shame on them. No wonder I pass on Valentines Day and go another night"
