"Truly one of the best meals I've ever had. Fiance and I started out with Bruschetta and Garlic Bread, both were delicious! We also got some fresh baked foccacia with an amazing sauce that was this wonderfully emulsified pesto. The Carbonara was out of this world and my fiance loved his spaghetti. We then ordered the tiramisu which was amazing. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, just like the food. Seems to me whoever put this menu together truly cares about what they do and wants to share it with people. The overall experience was outstanding. We were due for a date night and made some great memories here. Thank you!"

"Ciao is such a lovely restaurant! Delicious pasta, a wide range of drink options, a comfortable and usually quiet atmosphere. Their house bread is fantastic, and I've enjoyed each entrée I've tried. Some outdoor seating and a great range of seating options indoors. If you manage to save room for it, their tiramisu is more than worth it!Food: 5/5"

"Our experience was awful. First of all we had a reservation and we still waited 45 minutes to be seated. Once seated we waited a very long time and were never waited on. We were freezing and noticed that everyone was wearing their jackets. We asked the host and was told that the heating system was broken. No one had told us that there was no heat. It was 49 degrees inside. Still no one waited on us. So, we ordered BBQ takeout and went home. WE WILL NOT BE BACK!"

"This is the first time my family has visited a Carrabba's. And probably the last. We had cheese sticks, calamari, pasta carrabba, chicken parm, spaghetti and meatballs, and pizza. I must say our service was outstanding. The waiter did a great job of answering questions and making suggestions, but I was not overly or even minorly impressed with the food. The glass of wine was the best part of the meal. The pasta carrabba was very bland, had little to no taste. The cheese sticks were over cooked, so they tasted burned. The spaghetti had one meat ball, and the sauce wasn't very good, the chicken parm was decent, not the best I've had and certainly not worthy of a $16 plate charge. I would compare the food to that of a delivery Italian bistro. It tasted pre packaged and reheated...My daughter is a big fan of tirimasu, so we ordered one and it came out in a shot glass for $3. I was a little taken back as this isn't usually how a tiramisu comes out. Never the less, again the staff was great, but the food was far from it!"
