"With a location in the “in” hotspot that is Comporta, one of the trendiest luxury destinations in Europe right now, inside of the Sublime Resort, arguably the most luxurious and chic resort in Comporta, you enter the restaurant with high expectations and they are certainly met. Semporta takes the Comporta philosophy that “there is luxury in simplicity” to its core. It’s gorgeous design, done in the “Comporta Style”, evokes luxury through warmth, comfort, and a light, open atmosphere, with olive trees between dining tables and handwoven wicker chandeliers. And while the dining room is filled with people eating expensive, gourmet meals, you’ll find everyone wearing comfortable sandals, loose sundresses, and easy smiles in one of the most un-pretentious fine dining atmospheres in Portugal. Service was impeccable. When I mistakenly ordered a steak which was served without a sauce (as I prefer) the chef was quick to create a delicious glaze not on the menu worthy of being sold as a dish on its own! Also worth noting that the Moscow Mules were one of the best I've ever had. Great for any occasion."
